WHY IT’S NOT WORKING FOR ARIZONANS TODAY

A few years ago, Gallup reported that only 10 percent of the Arizona citizens believe that their elected leaders represent their interests.  That is truly sad.  Today, to express their disgust, 34 percent of Arizona voters have rejected political parties and are registered as Independent.  Further, among recent voter registrations, 59% have rejected parties.

There are a few wonderful exceptions, but is anyone reading this delusional enough to believe that most politicians care about us?  Of course not and that is not cynicism, merely obvious fact.  Beyond self-preservation, politicians’ loyalties are to their political parties, the behind-the-scenes power people that control them and the financial beneficiaries that make the parties’ grip on power possible.  Aside from some patronizing fluff, who are partisan politicians least interested in?  Ah, that would be us, the citizens.

What do we-the-people get from political parties in Arizona?  From Republicans, all is spectacular (if you are a member of the Chamber of Commerce).  For the rest of us on the other side of the tracks, “Let them eat cake”.  From Democrats, we will all rejoice in our political correctness, after all it is politically correct for us to be equal in our poverty and despair.  Just ask a citizen of Detroit, Baltimore, etc.  But, come election time, political parties are our best friends and saviors.

That fundamental change being sought is a return to the constitutional system and the personal and civic responsibility that made this country great, a country for the people.  This candidate has absolutely no political indebtedness and can in no way be controlled by the political power bases.  Are you interested in an Arizona governor that is committed to truly serve “the people”, end divisive partisan politics by virtue of having no partisan affiliation, have no debt to special interests and will bring the best and brightest of all worlds to fruitfully serve the citizens of Arizona?  Do you want to end the paralyzing bickering, the political correctness and move outside the box of Arizona’s present sad situation by exerting genuine leadership?  If so, congratulations, you have found your answer.   Let the torch be passed and please read on.
